Who’s behind this
A clearer starting point, without needing the right connections.
Possibility Atlas is an independent project started by a newcomer developer in Toronto who struggled to find the right programs.
We bring together career routes, training, financial supports and organizations so you can discover options you might not know to search for. We are starting with Ontario.
Why I built it
Founder’s story — to be added.
This space is reserved for the founder’s own account of arriving in Canada, the information gaps they encountered, and why they started Possibility Atlas.
How we check information
Start with official sources
We research the program provider’s website, government information and the relevant professional regulator. Each listing links to its sources so you can check the original information.
Make the next step understandable
We record who the program is for, requirements, location and delivery, published costs, possible funding and where to start. Different routes are presented as options, not promises of admission, employment or licensing.
Keep uncertainty visible
When a fee, intake or requirement is not published or needs confirmation, we say so. Route figures are the supplied published estimates; we do not fill gaps with invented totals. A funding listing is an opportunity to check, not an award.
Show when the information was checked
The “Checked” date records when the listing’s published source information was reviewed. It does not guarantee that details have stayed the same since that date. Confirm your circumstances, current availability and full costs with the provider before applying or paying.
Use reports to make corrections
Use “Report outdated info” on a program or route step to flag a change. We check the relevant sources before updating the listing. We do not promise a fixed response time or continuous monitoring.
Independent and free to use
Possibility Atlas is not affiliated with the programs or organizations listed. A listing is not a partnership, endorsement or referral agreement.
It’s free, has no ads, and isn’t paid by any program to rank higher. Search results are based on your words and the information in our catalogue. Exact title and sector matches take priority over related terms, with full routes first among equally relevant results.
Your information stays yours
Possibility Atlas never asks you for immigration documents, payment or passwords. You can explore without creating an account. Saved discoveries stay in your browser on this device.
Provider links take you to separate websites with their own processes. Check that you are on the provider’s official site before sharing information with them.
With optional measurement enabled, short search topics and result counts are counted in aggregate. Search statistics are not linked to your identity or contact details. Use topics such as “nursing” or “accounting”; leave out names, contact details and document numbers.
